Hell on Earth: Rigged

On September 23rd, 2081, at 6:17pm EST, the bombs rained down.  Billions died.  Of those that survived the initial blasts, more died of starvation, disease, and violence.  Then the evil horrors of the spirit world walked onto our blasted rock and strode across the face of the American West like wrathful gods.  Magic was real and it seemed to really have it out for humanity.

Still, humanity survived.  Found new ways of twisting shreds of power from those evil spirits and maybe find some good ones too.  Found ways of rebuilding.  Rearming.  And saying a very defiant no to that good night.  They raged at the dying of the light.

Another war has recently wound down, the largest armies amongst the survivors pitting themselves against new evils bent on destroying yet more of this wasteland.


Still, humanity survives...

INTRO

[Close up on The Dog, as it rolls down the shattered highway of the post-apocalyptic south, and then Kelly's image is superimposed upon it]

~DUNT DUNT DUNT!~

[Rapid flicker of images timed to the beat, focusing on Kelly as she swings Connor at various cultists, weirdos, and that oil monster from the very beginning, are superimposed upon the image of the Dog rolling down the highway, all while her actress's name appears on screen]

~Doot-daa, doo-doot-daa, doodaat-doo-doodoot daa~

[We keep focus on Kelly. These images are less action, and more just snippets of her moving, turning, and ending with her looking at the camera while smiling. After this sequence we fade into images of Dean.]

~DUNT DUNT DAA!~

[This time the focus is Dean as his actor's name appears, again in action mode to the beat as he bursts out of ambush, as well as him taking shots, with at least one image of him in "psychic invisibility mode," the special effect the show uses to indicate his powers are "on" to the audience]

~Doot-daa, doo-doot-daa, doodaat-doo-doodoot daa~

[Again the focus is Dean, in less "action" poses and more "show off the actor in motion," ending on Dean looking smoldering and intense, before fading into Fletcher]

~DUNT DUNT DUNT!~

[Fletcher's sequence is him activating various gadgets, again with some flickering special fx that indicate "magic stuff is happening" to the audience while his actor's name appears]

~Doot-daa, doo-doot-daa, doodaat-doo-doodoot daa~

[More Fletcher, again in "actor show off" poses instead of action movements, ending with a shot of him looking intrigued before fading into Harry]

~rrrDNT DNT DNT!~

[The images of Harry, with his actor name below him, all either scenes with him maneuvering, or scenes of him taking hits that bounce off the shiny chrome of his torso. This last sting ends with a shot of him giving a thumbs-up to the camera as the beat fades to black for a brief moment, before...]

~DHAAT-DHAAT DHAAT DHAADHAADHAA!!~

~DOOT DOO DOODOO DOO-DOOT DOODOODOOT-DOO!~

[The final shot is of the four of us standing on the road in front of the dog, striking heroic poses, while beneath us the title RIGGED appears in large letters. In the background, atop the Dog, are a number of the supporting cast, including Pru and Crowboy manning the .50 cal.]

~DHAAT-DHAAT DHAAT DHAADHAADHAA!!~

~DOOT-DOO, DOODOODOOT-DOO, DHAA-DHAAT-DHAAT DHAADHAADHAAT!!~

[Finally, we zoom in to the cab of The Dog, where The Driver sits, laughing maniacally as the camera goes into an extreme close up and we fade to black. The last sound we hear is the trail end of his laughter before the sequence cuts.]
