Appearance: At first look Mal looks to be in his late sixties
or possibly older. But a closer look will show that he is much
younger than he appears. Either a hard life, sickness or his
injuries in the past causing him to look older than he is. Mal
has a burn scar that covers most of his back, but the most
noticeable feature about him is that his right arm has been
replaced with an advanced cybernetic arm.

History: Mal doesn't remember anything of his past prior to a
year or so ago. He has spent the last year wandering from place
to place providing medical aid where needed.

Personality: Quiet, helpful, slightly unhinged are all phrases
or words that could be used to describe Mal. When not helping
someone with a task or medical problem he can normally be found
reading a book, with a glass of whiskey nearby. There are times
however, mostly during stressful situations, when he is concentrating
on something or when lost deep in his own thoughts, that he will
talk to someone that isn't there.
