Baron Desmond Kelvin

Baron Desmond Kelvin is the ruler of the city of Kelvin-Verbonum (formally Validislava), and a member of the Crystal Order.   Desmond inherited the position from his father, who was one of Stefan's closest retainers.   He is rather young, headstrong, and  inexperienced in rulership.  He prefers to spend his time practicing the sword, allowing his late father's councilors to make the 'unimportant' decisions about the management of his fiefdom.
