Sethteka the Gypsy, or Sethteka the beggar.
Dressed in layers of tattered rags, Sethteka always seems to have his hand out for whatever the goodly folks of New Stonewatch can spare.  None question the battered old shield that he carries with him, often using it asa place to sit so as not to be completely in the dirt.
Is there more to him than meets the eye?
