Jacker is a large muscular Hawaiian man, with short buzz cut black hair and a green skull bandana around his forehead. He wears a combination of biker leathers and cammo jacket. He wears a H&K MP-2013 in a shoulder sling under his jacket.

He carries a black and grey cammo canvas bag with all of his belongings in it when he travels. His hands are covered in black fingerless leather gloves with 1/2 inch spikes on the knuckles.

Jacker is obviously a lifter, and use to moving quickly.  He is remarkable not just because of his size, but also due to his speed. most lifters are large but slow, he isn't.
