Yazu

Looking at Yazu, most would judge him correctly to be a lanky handsome youth no more than 16.  He wears studded leather armor that looks new.  Underneath the armor is his sturdy dark green shirt, laced at the neck and fitting close about the wrists, along with brown pants and well-made soft boots.  A dark cloak hangs about his shoulders.  Yazu's belt is wide and distinctive for its many pouches and workmanship.  It looked foreign made.

In Yazu's hand is a well-made stout knurled staff that is a tad too big and, at his back in scout carry under his cloak, a large distinctive knife.  Over his shoulder is a short bow and at his left hip a quiver of arrows.  Six of the arrows are distinctive.  When traveling, a large pack is also over his shoulders.

The garb is too well made for him to be a peasant.  He was too clean and his garb seemed new.  Perhaps he was a guard, merchant, guild apprentice, or very junior journeyman.  His garb blended well with local fashion.

While Yazu can empathize, he has no aspirations about making the world a better place or to profit off the misery of others.  Beyond his easy-going facade, everything he does seems to be with purpose.
