Charles Elliott is an older man, early 60s, with a leathery, tanned face. He keeps his dark grey hair trimmed as close as possible, with a short, generally tidy beard. Beneath his thin eyebrows are wide-set, large-ish hazel eyes that give him an air of perpetual surprise. A long, slightly pointed nose and a tight, pinched mouth complete the picture. Though tall (6’2”) he is also quite lanky (roughly 190 pounds). While it’s not always noticeable, he has a slight resting tremor in his left hand.

A longstanding member of the enclave, Charles’ knowledge of survival techniques and ability to anticipate the group’s long-term needs has led him to take on the role of a Leader & farmer. Despite his age necessitating some compromises, he resolutely leads by example, rather than force or political machination. As a result he can be fearful.
