Doderic appears to have energy in excess of his small frame, always peering and moving around curiously. Especially when there is something to smell or taste. His most prized possessions are a pan and a pot attached to his backpack. But the most important ones are the walking stick that helps him to move around without the cookware overbalancing him and the book of various recipes, mundane and arcane, tucked safely in a small satchel.
