And he’s a good leader and instructor.   Ch’Pertha trusts Stirling with the education and training of the department officers ... as well as leading any Security contingent into threat situations that ch’Pertha cannot.

He’s the quiet, smouldering type, who seems (to outsiders) to brash and rude ... but is mostly admired by his officers.
