Dressed in the robes of a healer the young woman who introduces herself as Scarlet, as if that were all the explanation required, walks the world with a slow but comfortable walking gait.  Casually sweeping her staff along with each second step obviously for some form of familiarity or comfort rather than any real need of support.  Young and more attractive than average she tends to be generally liked by everyone she meets and accepts this as the way of the world, being a friend to each of them until proven otherwise.
