Miles Bay is a tired looking man, a bit gaunt, but not overly so.  He is tall and mostly clean-shaven.    His are are bright and thoughtful, he's dressed in comfortable but sturdy clothes, giving much more thought to practicality than fashion.  He carries a slender walking staff in his right hand, his left missing from the elbow.
