Brother Olav is a devoted cleric of Tyr based in Neverwinter.  A young human man of 22 summers, Olav is unusually jovial and good-natured for a priest of the god of justice.  He stands about average height for a young man and is broad across the chest and shoulders.  His light brown hair is often messy, but he keeps his goatee neatly trimmed.

As he often travels the lands around Neverwinter, he rarely wears his ceremonial robes but prefers to dress in more common garb.  A patch depicting the scales and hammer of Tyr are ever-present on his chest as is the silver holy symbol he wears around his neck.  Olav's pale blue eyes are kind and he is generally slow to judge until he feels all the details are known, but once his judgment is made or his word is given he never goes back on either.
