Bithiah is the innkeeper of the Thirsty Serpent, a tavern in Luxur that is popular with sailors and a common place for captains to find men and women to crew their ships. She is secretive about her past, but her Shemite features, eyepatch, and the statue of Bel (the Shemite god of thieves) she keeps behind the bar hints at a colourful history.
