Physical Description: Kendra is a tall, slender woman with long, perfectly straight red hair. Her baby-doll face makes her look younger than her years, though those blue eyes, pale enough to be almost grey, have seen more than their share of life. She tends to dress fairly casually - jeans or cut off jean shorts are her norm, with the occasional skirt thrown in for variety, with anything from a tshirt to a flowy blouse to match. The only true constant about her wardrobe is a hat - Kendra has a serious thing for hats of all kinds. Seeing her anywhere without one is rare.

Distinguishing Features: Besides her hat, Kendra's notable feature is a tattoo on her right hip. It features a run of cards and the script 'Make Your Own Luck'. Most of the time, it is hidden by clothes, but particularly low ride jeans, or a bathing suit, leave it visible.

Personality: Kendra is a joker. Humour is her defense and her weapon, the thing she uses to hide what she really thinks from everyone around her. She is as likely to poke fun at herself as she is those around her, but her humour can have a mean edge to it when provoked.



Personal Goals: Kendra's life goal, pre-Brakebills, was to find a way to get out of the suburban, middle class life she grew up in. She wanted a big city life, her name up in lights, and a stage beneath her feet.
Upon being accepted to Brakebills, that goal didn't seem to fit any more. For the time being, her goal is to simply find a way to fit in and survive Brakebills, amongst the 'real' magicians where she just isn't sure she has any right to be.

Likes: Figuring out how stage magicians do their tricks, any and all games of chance, and music (listening and singing)

Dislikes: People who take themselves too seriously
