Its the year 1599, the turn of the century. The world is on the cusp of a new age, and no where is this more apparent than in the great city of London.But hidden beyond the world of men is anothera world of magic and monsters, of angels and demons, of gods and heroes.
The only thing standing between the civilized world and the dangers of the world beyond are a small coalition of heroes, known to some as the Order of St. Catherine, and to their enemies as the Underguard.
1599 is set in an alternate Earth in the year 1599, where a secret order called the Underguard protect the world of men from the monsters and dangers that lie just around the corner. We will be using the Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition ruleset for the game, although the game will feature a blend of action and heavy role play.
