The City of Nyr was once one of the most devoutly wicked places in the Underdark: A city in the image of the Spider Queen, where Drow houses plotted and betrayed one another for the amusement of their Spider Goddess while feeding sacrifices to her blood altar.The exiled daughter of a fallen house returned with an army of outcasts and mercenaries and toppled the Great Houses. When the dust settled, Nyr was hers, and to spite the Spider Queen, she opened the city to the world. In the decade since, Nym has become a prosperous trading hub of wealth and vices, where the Surface and the Underdark worldsmeet to trade and the coin flows, under the cunning ruthless leadership of the city council known as the Triumvirate.
But old and new foes plot to claim the city as their own, and to maintain their hold, the Triumvirate calls upon the capable few to act as agents, soldiers and assassins. They rely on the ambitious, the gifted, the mad and the lost to do the work no one else will do: To put their souls on the line for coin and power. The call has gone out to those who aren't afraid to get their hands bloody... No heroes needed.
