Physical Description: Joker is a handsome man who seems entirely untouched by the chaos and death around him. A sharp, angular face, with pale skin, long blonde hair and sharp, piercing blue eyes that demand attention, and a smile that seems to stretch across his entire face. With a lean build and long limbs, he moves with whip-fast precision and confidence of either the very skilled or the delusional over-confident.

He wears a long jacket that conceals all sorts of nasty tricks, and has en endless supply of nondescript dress shirts and pants for a far less flamboyant look than previous Joker(s)... But by the end of his day, with all the violence and death that he brings, he goes home in a suit that is torn with bullet holes and slash marks, burnt, smeared in blood, covered in radioactive dust and with pockets full of happy souvenirs.

He also has the habit of smearing his face with the blood of his victims, creating grotesque clown faces from their pain, his skin caked in gray radioactive dust. These are not the actions of a well-adjusted man.

Biography: Joker is an urban legend, part gangster mastermind, part sadistic psycho. Much of it has been fabricated or embellished, as there are far more secondhand accounts than first, but each story usually ends in violence and mayhem, and the damage he does reaches far beyond his personal reach. What is known is that he is a master cook, operating somewhere in Gotham, his drugs the most addictive, but also the most destructive, on the market, leaving a growing number of dead addicts, or in some instances, ones who's minds have snapped, turning them into violent psychopaths. Yet despite possibility of death, there are always more willing to escape the dreary existence, and his product is always in demand.

He remains elusive, dealing solely with gangs running the slums and wastelands, selling his wonder drugs for whatever suits his whims and needs: food, water, weapons, people, rumors, favors, tech. Nobody knows whether Joker runs his own operation, and how many work for him, or if he toils away in some hole, alone in his madness... But his "sons" and "daughters" pop up from time to time throughout Gotham, innocent victims twisted into wickedness through torture, drugs and hypnotism. Then they are released onto Gotham for a brief, violent spree before some hero or another puts them down. Blackgate holds half a dozen, each claiming to be the Joker's heir, yet none able to describe the man or where he lurks.
