Name: Lillian Vice

Physical Description: Lean and muscular, her body is the product of over a decade spent on the battlefield. Hard, steel gray eyes peer out from a flawless face seemingly chiseled into a permanent scowl. Her gray- blonde hair is always kept in a ponytail behind her skull, out of the way.

Biography: A former special forces soldier for the Peoples Republic of Antarctica, Tiger Lily became disenfranchised with the idea of fighting for a principle or ideal. Endless war seemed the most common state for humanity, and institutions such as country or religion simply seemed like tools to use to leverage cheap war-labor from a volunteer populace. Fed up with being little more than a corporate hitman while being paid like a janitor, she quit the army and became a freelance mercenary. She doesn't take many jobs, but her record so far, from protective services to assassination, is spotless.

History: An infiltration and strike specialist, Lillian has popped up in nearly every corner of the globe; appearing like a wraith then vanishing just as effectively. Little is known about her past other than that she was once an Ice Walker, some of the most respected and feared special forces in the globe, as it is known they were all subject to metahuman experiments and augmentation. It was assumed she was slain when the bombs fell, although those that know her suspect she's still alive and still watching the less technological methods of communication she had employed to gain work before.

Other Information:
Tiger Lily is gifted with superhuman strength, durability, and agility. She is easily able to punch through walls, and it takes far more force and effort to put her down and keep her there than one would expect. It is relatively easy for her to navigate nearly any urban environment, her superhuman agility giving her exceptional parkour abilities, and she has been known to occassionally dodge bullets.

Flaws/Weaknesses:
Getting in contact with this particular mercenary is more troublesome than any other. Ciphered messages and dead-drops are only small parts of the paranoid regimen of security the merc adheres to.

Lone Wolf. Lillian doesn't work with teams or partners. If a job is too big for her to handle alone, she always finds a way to bring it within her scope, usually via explosives.

Violence is like a second (nay, first) language to Lillian, and she quickly resorts to speaking it when angered or challenged. As such, once she's past the planning phase of an operation, she doesn't spare a terrible amount of consideration for how alternatives to violence might perhaps be better suited to solving problems.
