Not even SIRE has a good read on who or what Riot Grrl actually is. Everything will be normal and then suddenly punk music will blare from the sky and everything will start exploding. Riot Grrl will appear laughing hysterically as she unleashes carnage and chaos. It seems to all be a big show in order to attract heroes attention so she can do battle with them and then disappear once again.

At first this was attributed to gadgets and technology however when she leaves, many of her victims leave with her, showing up once again as her Punk Army to loot and riot during her next rampage of destruction causing SIRE to officially reclassify her as some kind of reality manipulator.

She seems absolutely batty though which limits her threat level despite her power potential. If she had an actual goal in mind she could easily become a Sierra level threat but as long as she is just having fun she is classified as a Tango.
