Cupid is one of the resurrected gods although it is unclear why he was brought into the godly pantheon given his seemingly limited powerset and mischievous nature. Cupid is a prankster that uses his "love arrows" to manipulate his victims minds into falling madly in love with whatever thing, living or inanimate, that is the focus of attention at the moment. Combined with Cupid's ability to teleport around and appear at very inconvenient times he is more of a nuisance than a threat but he has caused enough chaos in New Babylon already to warrant SIRE classifying him as a threat.
