Miss Twist was never a very powerful superhero. While her body can be stretched and manipulated to extreme degrees and is practically invulnerable to damage she was not blessed with super-strength or any other offensive powers. As such Miss Twist is often used as a support for other heroes, helping move them around the battlefield or shielding them from danger. She is one of the few survivors of the Harvest and the fight actually resulted in some serious injuries to her that have yet to heal. As such Miss Twist is officially listed as retired but not even SIRE can keep her from rushing out to try and save heroes in trouble when the call comes in.
