Personality: Caustic and irreverent, a little jaded, he's as mean as he is funny, and he enjoys entertaining himself (get your mind out of the gutter).

Back Ground: Born in Ireland to a Spanish father and an Irish mother. In his mid-teens, he moved to live with relatives in North Carolina. Though the family couldn’t afford soccer, Jamie was a natural athlete and a beast on the field; as a result, there were plenty of good-natured coaches willing to pay his club fees to put him on their roster. Eventually, he attended Duke University on a full soccer scholarship and was later drafted by Atlanta United FC. He also played on the US Men’s Team for the World Cup (in this reality they weren't so crap).

Though Jamie worked tirelessly on the field, he learned early on that a winning season made up for a plethora of bad behavior. That attitude lasted through his life...until the day when winning wasn’t enough.

Likes: Underwear models. Copious amounts of whiskey. Boxing. Rap. Gucci shoes. Trashy novels. The beach.

Dislikes: The smell of asparagus. Cats. Unbridled joy.

What you may or may not know about Jamie: Short story is, he was brought up on charges for sleeping with two of his players -- together -- when he was coaching women's soccer at UNC. He was acquitted, as it was proven the girls were overage when he engaged with them. Still, he used his position of power for evil and was blacklisted from anything and everything even remotely related to soccer, specifically coaching. Though he's lost it all, the parents of one of the girls are still discussing another go at him via a civil suit. His lawyer has asked him to come on the show, find someone his own age, exhibit a softer side of himself, in order to build a little public support in the hopes it will ward off another round in the courts.
