Melora Linnaea
Water is essential for all of life. Water is a gift, worthy of celebration.
My name is Melora Linnaea. I am a Naiad, a creature born of magic and liquid, under a full moon. The years I have been here are numerous and I cannot remember my true age or origins of birth. When one has existed for as I have, things become a blur. The past gives way to the present so the future may properly unfold.
Age apparent: 24
Actual Age: Much older. Very much.
Status: Slave
Sexuality: Fluid. Excepting if all. When it comes to being a nymph, attraction and sensuality are hand in hand with their personality. It is only natural and she doesn't understand any implications of sexual acceptance in a negative way.
Abilities:
Basic information on Naiads: They are female nature spirit typically associated with a particular location or land-form or servants/retinue of more powerful being, often a deities.
They dwell in mountains and groves, by springs and rivers, and also in trees and in valleys and cool grottoes.
Although they would never die of old age nor illness, and could give birth to fully immortal children if mated to a god, they themselves were not necessarily immortal, and could be beholden to death in various forms.

Abilities:
- Nature Sense: She has a connection to her element. She can sense the health and well-being of all things associated with it. She can sense changes in water. Even turmoil such as a predator stroking prey in the water is a soothing sensation. Knowing the balance of her environment can strengthen her if if is flourishing.
Limitations for Nature Sense:
May lose senses while in a provoked/endangered habitat.
Her emotions may be directly linked to the environment, she may feel blissful and become physically enhanced if her immediate environment is operating naturally or may feel scared, anxious, feeble, or even frenzied if the bio-network is not behaving naturally due to foreign violation.
Contamination of water/environment may cause pain.
- Enhanced Condition: She is above the standard definition of the human condition. She is faster, more agile, ageless, etc.
- Self-puppetry: She is able to place her soul into another creature/item should her body be destroyed. She can temporarily put her soul in an item. It expends a lot of energy and destroy her natural form if she is gone too long. If the item or creature she is within gets destroyed, her soul is lost.
- Desire Inducement: She is able to spark up a kindling of desire within those of her choosing. She is also suspectable to lusty ways as well. Nature and sex are in a way cut from the same cloth.
- Water Manipulation: She can create, shape and manipulate water, inorganic compound with liquid, gas (steam, water vapor), and solid (ice) states, including changing them from one state to other.
Applications:
Hydro-Telekinesis
Manipulate the properties of water.
Viscosity Manipulation
Water Detection
Water Generation
Water Pressure Generation
Water Purification
Water Separation
Water Solidification
Water Walking
Many of these actions depending on size and strength can drain her energy if maintained for a long period of time.
