Description: Her usual appearance is of a girl with Brown Skin, Gold Eyes, and Dirty Blonde Hair. The hair she keeps in two long braids. The ring is gold with wind like swirls that hold a blue Gem.

Abilities/Skills: As a Gene of the Ring she can only grant lesser wishes and is limited to only the Three with the standard Rules. Outside of using the Wishes she can be summoned to do mundane things.

History: Tala was created long ago and bound to her ring by a powerful wizard. She was kept as a back up for anything he made need and was rarely used. When she was summoned it was to get the Wizard out of a close call or to test some magic. After the Wizard made his last wish, being teleported from an area that blocked his magic, she was sent back to the ring and the ring was vanished to a treasure horde. She has only been found a few times throughout history and her owners ranged from those who used her up in a few days to a month. Tala lived care free with out a want in the world. She was mostly excited to see people and the larger world. She can not leave far from the vicinity of the ring. So she can only see the places her owner is at.

Culture: She has only met one other Gin in her time but the rules of the Gin are absolute:

1. A genie is bound to whomever releases him/her from their bond object and is compelled to obey them. A genie's magic is not absolute (see below).

2. A genie cannot impose (trespass against) upon the free will of humans and other living animals, including physically, mentally, or emotionally.
This is why they cannot injure anyone, change their thinking, etc. So if you want your genie to bring you dancing girls/bodyguards/whoever to you, these are created spirit people (with the same restrictions). They cannot make someone fall in love with you, but they can create a shallow spirit person to act like they are.

3. A genie's main power is over inanimate physical objects, not people. This is why they can create wealth and objects. They cannot compel people to do things (see Rule #2) but they can manipulate people.
