Precis
Most members of the Consilium have met Phastet only in passing or in a crisis.  A busy woman thanks to her dual responsibilities to city and Awakened both, she is a reserved and dedicated individual that holds a fierce nature on a tight leash.  Phastet is rarely the first point of call for the Consilium when a Sentinel is needed thanks to the demands of her day job as a detective with the Portland Police Bureau, but her skills are an invaluable resource when things go wrong.
Nimbus:  There is a lion in the room, its growl echoes from the corners of the space, its heated breath can be felt at fingertips and the back of the neck, the sheer weight of it's regard radiates from behind you and you know in that primal monkey-brain portion of your psyche that you are prey.
