A common sight around Portland's nightlife, Cold Call can be found anywhere something 'interesting' might be occurring within the city.  A busy man no matter the time, he can be reached for Consilium matters at all hours and always seems to be en-route to the next task, though his easy-going charm and cultivated fitness make even brief interactions surprisingly pleasant.
