Powers' Academy for the Gifted!

Four years have passed since the night The Unbound Soul Comet passed over the Earth. And the first awakened people started to manifest superhuman powers and abilities. But in all that time only five hundred people have shown any signs of said abilities. A good number of these people let their newfound powers go to their heads and became the first supervillains. Some of these people decided to use their powers for the betterment of mankind. Now after four years a school has been formed to train those few newly awakened people to use their newfound powers.  As well as combat those that were also affected by the radiation of the comet that have turned to a life of crime. And find out more about the Aliens that created the comet that gave them their powers.

You will be part of the new group that has the ability to try and maintain the balance and find the answers you seek. It will not be easy, it will not be overnight, and it will certainly not be without sacrifice and loss. Still, you know what needs to be done and strive to save all that you can.

Will you be one of them? Will you fight the good fight? Help those of your kind as well as others? These are dangerous and volatile times, a world poised on the edge of ruin, where faith and common sense are becoming a rarity, replaced by distrust, fear, and anger.

Powers' Academy for the Gifted! is an open world, where you will have the chance to bring your characters to life. You, as a writer, should be fully capable of creating your own plots/connections with other writers. This is essential. GM leadership, while present, will not hold your hand throughout the whole process.

We do not have any rules/restrictions on writing styles, gender, sexuality, and so forth. Just treat your fellow writers with respect, respect the setting, and have fun!
