The Black Dog of Al-Jalasa is - in the true meaning of the word - a mystery.

Some records claim that he has been around as long as the city itself, possibly even longer, but no one truly knows what he is or where he came from.

All that is known is that he resides in a dome-like sanctum at the heart of the city, which seems like it has been built around it, and only the select few ever have the opportunity to enter the sanctum and have an audience granted with the enigmatic beast.

Generally considered to be a sort of a peacekeeper and a guardian to Al-Jalasa, some people claim that they have seen him stalk the streets at night, solving problematic situations and people. Others claim that the people who believe in the existence of The Dog are insane.

Either way, the legend says that should you ever go against the people of Al-Jalasa or the Dog himself, trice shall he appear to you.

The first is to observe you.
The second is to warn you.
The third is to take you away, never to be seen again.
