Position: Religion and Mythology Chair Description: Estrella was raised in Mexico City, and has been immersed in religion and culture her entire life. The daughter of successful artists, she was given an elite private education before moving to another multicultural city for higher education – New York. At NYU, Estrella studied art and religion, where she received a Master’s Degree in Religious Iconography.

After her visitation, Ms. Gutierrez travelled the world, meeting with members of over a dozen pantheon and learning their stories. At the recommendation of her friend Olabumni Azikiwe, she applied to teach at the Divinius Academy and became the chair of Religion and Mythology in 2017.
