Rick is the owner of Gainesville's hobby/comic shop. He's heavily into model trains, planes and cars, and though his shop is supposed to carry the new Dungeons and Dragons game, he has no interest in it.  Typically he can be seen reading detective comics or working on his latest model, though he keeps a strict eye on kids in his shop lest they "damage the collectibles."
