The individual known as Mr. Bubbles is a rather intimidating man, always seen in a dark, well-tailored suit, usually accompanied by sunglasses. No one is sure as to his first name, but he has "COBRA" tattooed across the knuckles of his right hand.

 Many in Gainesville seem to be a bit wary of him, though he claims to be a nanny by profession.
