You are looking at a Moon Elf just barely over 5 feet tall and only breaking into triple-digit weight because of the half-plate armor she has on. Combined with the shield bearing the emblem of three interlocked rings in a line and a spherical-headed mace, she looks like she is combat ready.

The armor is looted from the raid on the hobgoblin fort, but the armor has been worked since - plate sections are trimmed in brass. The coloration contrasts with her own Moon Elf features of blue-tinged alabaster skin and teal & turquoise hair. Her eyes are of a similar blue and flecked with gold.

Perhaps it is the half-plate armor, perhaps it is the neutral expression on her face, but she doesn't look like someone with the demeanor of the typical elf.
