Tibald Titswift is a pudgy-cheeked Halfling with a backpack full of clothes and a silvered rapier named, Flattery, at his side.  You never know what outfit or identity he may assume next, but when travelling he seems fond of a dark-brown leather tricornered hat and a matching high-collared cloak.  He doesn't mind speaking of his past, but those who stick around long enough hear a new story each time.
