Like most elves, he has a somewhat ethereal attractiveness to the fairer sex; his build is slight, and his hair is kept longish. His eyes are a soft gray blue, which are in contrast to his otherwise sharp and angular features, and he has a notch in his left ear (where he once caught the tip of a blade meant to strike him down).

He's often found in traveling gear: pants, shirt, boots, and his tailored duster. When not expecting trouble in town, he'll wear a jerkin instead of his duster; he also has a fine vest on hand for "special occasions." He always, though, wears his fine hat, given to him by an Orlesian admirer (a noblewoman camp follower he treated with kindness after capturing her husband in a border skirmish).
