Tall and athletic, Pedro has an odd blend of being able to command attention and blend into the crowd. His eyes are dark and compelling and regards the world with a keen intellect and a mischievous smile behind them. A mess of raven black hair is often times styled or left to it's own devices. He is rarely found sporting the same type of clothes, instead grabbing whatever moves him at the time. He is lucky enough that he can pull off scruffy one day, but be dressed to the nines the next.

An unseelie knight in service to a seelie baroness Sir Lipoca (or Pedro as he prefers to be called) lives a complicated existence. Torn between the primal nature of his immortal soul, the tendencies of his sworn court and his liege-lady Pedro walks that razors edge better than any kithain should. Comfortable with certain dualities and possessed of a flexible mortality Pedro wields a cold social calculus which has created a position for himself by doing those things that his seelie liege can not.
Pedro works at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Faculty in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is known to dabble with poisons and to experiment with other herbal elixirs.
Pedro is rarely seen far from his spear,Serpent's Sting which is a symbol of his knightly office.
