The new alliance between the Camarilla and the Ashirra has seeded both sects with many new foreign members to ensure cooperation. Bashir Abdirahim is the head of the new Banu Haqim in Portland's Camarilla, Ashirra's Eyes observing how its new ally operates. Although he freely admits to being loyal to the Ashirra, he also has expressed his ardent support with how the Camarilla is run, especially under Prince Prescott. He has been a model Camarilla courtier, submitting to the Tower's laws and practices, especially on diablerie. He has even grown so influential as to be made the new Primogen.
