Even in life, Arthur Harmon was a soldier. He's fought on kine and Cainite battlefields and has proved his mettle and effectiveness for the Camarilla for over half a century as the Sabbat made continued incursions into Boston. The Bane of Boston was a legend, single-handedly turning many imminent defeats into victories. His prowess still commands respect, his name still rouses allies. His reputation is the main reason the Gangrel have enough influence to keep their status with him as Primogen after the Clan Justicar defected from the Camarilla. As long as he's around, the Camarilla will stay united against the Sabbat threat when they return.

But for two decades, Arthur has watched his warnings be ignored at the table. Former enemies, like William Lehrman and his stray Lasombra and Tzimisce, roam free. Tainted blood has infected the Tower. Arthur stays his hand on the Prince's order, but at the end of the day, he's a soldier, not a politician. He'll only be held back for so long.
