There is little known about Elizabeth Peake. She was the only Tzimisce elder that joined the Lasombra Primogen when they handed over Portland to the Camarilla, but she refused to join the Ivory Tower. She retreated to the Isles, and made a deal with the Prince for unaligned autonomy. She has not made an appearance in the city proper since. A few of her childer have petitioned for Camarilla entry though.
She has made her intentions violently clear that she is not to be disturbed though, and for now, the Camarilla are content to keep their bargain with her. Her only known confidantes are Primogen Lehrman and her childer, but they remain tight-lipped.

What can be gleaned is mostly from tourists and residents with summer houses on the islands. The island's locals are a strange bunch, sometimes overtly welcoming, sometimes abruptly private. They must not be too bad a bunch though, as there always seems to be one tourist every season that decides to move into their summer home on the isles permanently...
