An average man of average height and build.  Felix cultivates an air of uninteresting-ness.  Just one of countless other paper pushers and bureaucrats.  He's balding, but what's left is kept very short and very kept.  It fades into a short, very kempt beard.  Entirely suitable with current fashion trends in business.  His glasses are slightly larger than usual for the time; a bit old fashioned.
