The woman most people know only as Medic stands out from the normal Troll population in several ways, slightly blue tinted (about as uncommon as the olive complexion in humans) and not much over two meters in height she is a bit short even for female trolls her age, so she is often under estimated or even disrespected by them.  Humans on the other hand take to her more easily sometimes even thinking her cute until they realize that she is just as strong and at least as dangerous as many larger trolls.
