Kurat was an oddity for a hobgoblin. Most hobgoblins wore armor, but Kurat did not have any armor. A strange sword adorned his belt looking something of a cross between a sickle and a longsword. Not the typical weapon of a hobgoblin. He also had three javelins on his back but it appeared he had no other weapons. His feet was covered in boots that were brown and green and that appeared to be made of leaves of all things. His loose shirt and breeches were bound together with sashes. A simple brown robe hung loosely upon him. A plain gray cloak hung from his shoulders. A simple leather backpack was upon his back with a waterskin hanging from a bandolier. Two pouches were upon his belt near the front. On his left hand was a ring of gold with a ruby set in it and on the right hand was a plain iron ring.

He was bald as were most hobgoblins. His eyes were orange and he was of middling height. His skin was a light grey.

Note: Most often he appears as a Damaran Human Male with short brown hair and brown eyes and a tawny complexion to his skin.
