The rise of house Blackfyre
Within five years of Brandon Starks reign the seven kingdoms once again faced an invasion by a Targaryen. Aeron Targaryen was the youngest son of Aegon Targaryen and was sent away to be raised by a nanny away from all the fighting his older brother caused. He was just a year younger than Daennarys when he was sent away and had watched Daenarys's fall at the hands of Jon Snow. Knowing he was the last living Targaryen he set forth to gain an army and soon took over the seven kingdoms with his own army. But his rule was not secure, he had been unable to bring a child into this world with any woman he married. Most died in birth, the babe dying with them. The others seemed to be barren. So with his aging coming upon him and the need to name an heir he looked to his cousin house, the house Blackfyre and the only child of the ruler of that house he had decided to name as his heir.
