The owner, manager, bartender and cook of the Glacier Arms, Sadie Crow has a lot of responsibility for a young woman in her late twenties, but she seems to be managing pretty well. Tall and thin with bronzed skin, she tends to be a whirlwind of activity and authority, prizing hard work and not suffering fools gladly.

Welcoming but professional, she runs a tight ship, combining a sharp wit and a shrewd mind to ensure that her bar stays quiet and her patrons behave themselves. Outside of work, she tends to keep herself to herself, but occasionally shows up at the meetings of the Flathead Chamber of Commerce.
