PERSONALITY: Brökk Elhid of the Eldershield Clan is a wise old dwarf with a calm and pragmatic demeanor. The scowl on his face is not that of the stereotypical grumpy dwarf, but one of introspective contemplation. Despite his gruff outward appearance, the gleam in his eyes reveal the great kindness and compassion seeks to spread throughout the world.

BRIEF BACKSTORY: After spending more than a century studying at the Grand Scholar's Athenaeum in Dhör Furuhm, Brökk left to fulfill a greater sense of purpose. As a follower of Nanna, Brökk looks to share his vast knowledge to make the world a better place., rather than simply studying it as was the way of the scholars. His connection to the people and world around him provoked Brökk to leave the Athenaeum about fifty years ago. Since then, he has been travelling and learning more about the world by experiencing it, rather than reading about it.... though he still spends a lot of his time with his nose in a book.

Brökk was in the Felsschatten Valley area when the quake hit. He immediately set out for Cragshadow to check on the dwarves that were surely injured in the mines. He no sooner arrived when the city was attacked by orcs. Now Brökk finds himself summoned to meet with the Margrafin Sulverendell herself.
