Arran is a human woman with long copper hair pulled behind her in a bushy ponytail, evident freckles, and a coy demeanor.  She speaks in a drawl, works with a tamed Mimic in the shape of a wooden chest named Cookie, and calls everyone who passes through the Grinning Gate "Sugar".

She normally wears a green dress with a leather bodice which seems a hair too large for her slender frame.
