Bili's mane of ghostly white hair flows into an equally long beard, both of which are voluminous but thinning with age.  His nose appears to have been repeatedly broken, flattened into a square button under equally blocky brows.  Despite his age, the dwarf has well bronzed skin that holds few wrinkles save for some crows feet around the eyes, which are piercing blue-gray beads.

He wears a breastplate of rusty steel bands which look like they were salvaged from barrels and riveted into criss-crossing patterns, and supports a limp by leaning on a the head of the elegant forge-blacked warhammer which he uses for a cane.

Bili is overprotective, and doubts in the ability of others.   He seems to have some history with the Forge Guardians of Baldin's home, and an unstated history with Khimah.

Allies within 5 Squares (25 ft) gain a +2 bonus to Stealth and Thievery. While flanking with Bili Bakkeson, the flanked enemy provokes an opportunity attack from his allies when it shifts. Any ally who can see Bili Bakkeson can spend his action points in place of spending their own.  Current AP: 1
