Silvaark (Cmdr)

Commander Silvaark.
First Officer.
Vulcan.

Appearance: Commander Silvaark is typical of most Vulcans at first glance. He is tall and long-limbed with the dark eyes, angular features and high cheekbones and severe browline of his kind. His uniform is always clean and proper, pressed to within an inch of its life and his bangs cut straight just above his angled brows. Cutting up from end of the right brow is a thin scar which extends under his bangs and into his hairline. It leads into a pale silver streak, no more than a few strands, which stand out starkly against the rest of his long, jet black hair. He wears it tamed neatly behind his pointed ears and tightly bound in a plait that hangs thick down his long spine nearly to the tops of his legs. The white streak threads through this plait, all the way to very end. And in the tip of his left ear, he wears an unobtrusive, narrow gold earring.

History: Being the son of not one, but two high-ranking Starfleet Officers, Silvaark's future was mapped out for him almost from the moment he was born. He was groomed to be a Starfleet Officer and mentored by his parents for this exact path. It never occurred to him to do anything but follow their wishes. The moment his parents determined he was ready he joined Starfleet Academy and, as was expected, excelled.
