Gragnok the Dwarf stands about 4'6" tall, although he is almost as wide across the shoulders and chest.  His light brown hair and beard are both worn long, and curl across the shoulders and chest of his studded leather armour, obscuring the Holy Symbol of Kiraf that he wears around his neck.

He holds a quarterstaff, not much taller than he, that is bound with copper rings at many points along its length.  If you look closely you can see that the rings are marked with a number of small runes, although you can't work out if they spell anything.
