A tall, slim lord in his middle twenties, Lord Mannfryd is often reserved. His bearing is stiff and formal, and he has been known to bristle over even minor matters of decorum or honour.

Though his colouring is a little pale, and he shows little passion for the manly arts of war, hunt, or tourney, he is considered handsome among the womenfolk, in a distant sort of way.
