A middle-age Lyseni of middle years, Lysaro has a slim frame for a smith, but is strong as an ox. He bears the wildly exotic violet eyes and pale hair common in Lys.

In public, Lysaro is at pains to fit in among the westerosi, forgoing the exotic clothing and mannerisms of his people while travelling. He is known to work with the finest arms and armour.
